We recommend attending classes at least twice a week to see noticeable improvements.
Are your instructors certified?
Yes, all our instructors are certified and home grown with extensive training in martial arts. All Black Belts complete a rigorous and lengthy 4 to 5 hour physical, knowledge, and application test.

What should I wear to my first class?
