PMAFA FREE SEMINARS

Each seminar is 30 to 40 minutes long (Health and Wellness about 50 min.) and provides essential do's, don't and methods to increase a positive and favorable outcome . Be sure to take advantage of these free Community Outreach Seminars when they are available. They are great refreshers as well.
